Text Insets allows you to set the white space between the edge of a text box and the text inside the box separately for the top, bottom, left and right sides of rectangular text boxes.

Two Macintosh versions are available, for for use with QuarkXPress 3.2x and 3.3x, and one for use with QuarkXPress 4.x. There is no difference in fucntion between the two versions.

Since QuarkXPress 5.0 and later include fields in the Modify dialog box to set the text insets separately, no later versions are needed.
