ProVJ changes the way QuarkXPress vertically justifies a text box. Instead of adding extra space between all paragraphs (and sometimes between all lines), ProVJ adds space only before paragraphs that already have some "Space Before" set in the paragraph format. In addition, the space that is added is proportional to the amount of "Space Before" that is already present.

My thanks to Brad Walrod for the original idea for this XTensions module and for much correspondence and testing.

Version 1.2 fixes a small bug in versions 1.0 and 1.1, which prevented extra space being added to any paragraph that followed a paragraph that had a rule below.
